Getting Started

We look forward to meeting with you to discuss how we can be helpful to you or your family. To
get started we will need some basic information before scheduling an appointment. Please complete
the Therapy Request Form (next tab) and contact us with any questions you might have. 

     What to expect

  • An initial assessment will be conducted and provide you with diagnostic information about yourself or your child and recommendations will be discussed.
  • Therapy provides an opportunity for positive change by engaging in a process of self-examination and reflection.  The process itself has risks and benefits. Examining and discussing problematic events or relationships can cause an initial intensification of negative symptoms such as sadness, depression, guilt, anxiety, frustration or anger. 
  • The process of therapy is also known to lead to a reduction in feelings of distress, the resolution of conflict and problems, and an overall improvement in relationships. Therapy is not an exact science and there are no guarantees about your personal experience.  
  • Play therapy sessions are offered for children who are in need of a supportive environment to address their developmental and emotional issues through play.    

     Office Hours and Payment Information

       Office hours vary by therapist but are generally                   scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm.

       Our therapists are in-network with most health                 insurance carriers and also accept self-pay.
